Welcome to the 720 world!  We are happy you have chosen 720 to protect your eyes and style.  Your sunglasses are made from the best materials available and are crafted with great care.  720 is confident with the craftsmanship and quality of everything we offer.  When our customers buy our products, we want their eyes to be protected, and we extend our care through our warranty policy.  Please read the following with great care, and enjoy your 720’s!



Product Warranty Information:

-  1 Year Limited Warranty

- Comply with American ANSI Z80.3-2001 standard

- Comply with European EN 1836:2005 standard

- Comply with Australian AS/NZS 1067:2003 standard            


Exclusive Services:



1.  Manufactures Defects


If you should find any mechanical or workmanship defects with the lenses or frame, the original product guarantee or receipt and the defective product can be returned, at your 720 distributors discretion, for a new replacement of the same model and color within the acceptable time frame as per national consumer protections laws in your country


2.  Naturally Caused Damage


If damage occurs through natural use to the frames or lenses within the warranty, your 720’s should be brought to your local dealer for inspection.


3.  Warranty becomes void under the following conditions:


(a)  The product warranty has already expired


(b)  Customer fails to produce the warranty card or original proof of purchase


(c)  Warranty card or original proof of purchase has been edited, blurred or altered in any way, or is unreadable, including additions/deletions, or is not clearly recognized as being issued by a recognized distributor or retailer


(d)  Product presented for return does not match the one stated on the Warranty Card or original proof of purchase





The warranty is applicable only for the products purchased at retail price and through exclusive distributors and does not extend to online shops or others as they are not recognized by 720.  Also, the warranty does not apply for any extra accessories or an additional product purchased, and does not cover any extra products received (through promotion, gifts, etc).



How to Claim:


The product(s) should be sent, along with the original proof of purchase and warranty card, method of payment and an explanation of the defects or cause of breakage, to your local distributor.  Please include your name, return address and phone number.  We recommend using priority mail (traceable mail) as 720 will not be held responsible for item(s) lost in the mail.
